Senior🎓
Top SchoolJosé Pérez is a senior frontend lead developer with 13 years of experience building high-performance web and cross-platform applications, currently leading frontend efforts at Formula.Monks/Zemoga from Bogotá. He blends hands-on full-stack expertise—React, Vue, Node/Typescript, Python, GraphQL—and cloud-native tooling (AWS Lambdas, Serverless, CDK, Terraform) with a disciplined focus on code quality, performance and maintainability. As a technical lead he has scaled and mentored teams, defined style guides, CI/CD pipelines and frontend infrastructure for large projects, driving BFF strategies and DevOps automation. Comfortable taking requirements from English-speaking clients, he brings a systematic, pattern-driven approach and an engineer’s curiosity rooted in self-taught learning and formal systems engineering training. An unusual strength is his ability to spot non-obvious technical trade-offs and craft unconventional but pragmatic solutions that boost team throughput and long-term resilience.
