Top SchoolJosef Kortan is a Prague-based software engineer and creative technologist with 14 years of experience blending web development, project management, and cutting-edge visual effects. As co-founder of st.dio, he leads web and immersive visual projects—from Expo Milan video-mapping to interactive club tours—bringing a rare mix of real-time rendering expertise and production-level project delivery. He holds a Master's in Computer Graphics and HCI and wrote a master’s thesis on real-time path tracing for architectural visualization, signaling deep academic grounding in rendering algorithms. Comfortable shipping websites, VFX, and experimental social platforms, Josef pairs hands-on coding with art direction and technical leadership. A penchant for experimental projects (including an unpublished social platform on GitHub) suggests he embraces R&D and prototypes alongside client-facing production work.
