Top SchoolJoseph Bailey is a data science and AI leader with nine years of experience building and scaling analytics teams across media, automotive, urban tech and gaming, currently Group Head of Data Science & AI at Allwyn. He has led data strategy and operationalisation of ML at scale for organisations such as BBC Studios and Ford, blending human-centred design with technical best practice across Python, R, Spark and modern orchestration tools. With a PhD in renewable energy and electrified transport, he brings deep quantitative rigour and geospatial expertise to commercial problems, having published academic work and built city-scale analytics at Future Cities Catapult.
