Senior🎓
Top SchoolJosh C is a JavaScript-focused Senior Software Developer based in Maple Ridge, BC with 11 years building scalable, user-centric web applications across startups and growth-stage companies. He specializes in modern frontend stacks (Vue 2/3, React, TypeScript, Pinia/Redux Toolkit) and has a strong track record of modernizing legacy codebases, introducing component libraries, and improving test coverage and accessibility. Comfortable across the full stack, he’s shipped SSR Nuxt sites, Laravel APIs, and Electron prototypes while mentoring teammates and leading architecture discussions. Josh favors pragmatic, ego-free collaboration and is obsessive about leaving code cleaner than he found it—he also quietly enjoys prototyping UX in Adobe XD and once rebuilt a complex health-and-safety platform in Vue 3/TypeScript. Outside work he’s a devoted family person (wife, dog, kitty) who still answers to “Code Combatant” on GitHub.
