Top SchoolJuan Gomez is a product operations and strategy leader with 12+ years driving GTM expansion, sales ops, and P&L ownership across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, consistently delivering multi-fold revenue acceleration for tech companies and high-growth startups. He has a track record of scaling teams and markets—from launching Remy Robotics in Spain, France and the U.S. and doubling growth versus plan, to growing Delivery Hero verticals 400% and exceeding profitability targets while building an eight‑manager organization. A builder at heart, Juan co-founded Colombia’s first telemedicine platform and scaled a health‑focused restaurant chain to 10 sites and 70+ staff, demonstrating operational rigor and stakeholder management across private and public sectors. He combines strategic leadership with hands-on analytics using SQL, Looker and Tableau, is fluent in English and Spanish (German C1), and brings an IE MBA plus broad international experience from Singapore to Zurich and NYC. An uncommon strength is his blend of early-stage founding grit and structured corporate execution—able to set strategy, negotiate joint ventures, and then operationalize them into measurable outcomes.
