Top SchoolJuan Maseda is a senior software developer and architect with a decade of experience building full‑stack, cloud-native solutions across startups and enterprises. He has led development teams and defined architectures using diverse stacks—GCP, Python/Django, Go, React/TypeScript, GraphQL, PostgreSQL and more—while translating client requirements into practical technical proposals. Known for introducing functional programming practices and building domain-specific tooling (including a language-to-cloud compiler) at ERNI, he blends deep systems thinking with hands-on implementation. A former director of development, he prioritizes technical mentorship and team upskilling, and brings hardware-level experience from embedded and medical device projects. Now based between Madrid and Finland and working at Awake.AI, he’s expanding his craft into the Nordic market while balancing life as a father and Dungeon Master.
