Top SchoolJuan Schillaci is a seasoned Senior Python Developer, Software Architect and DevOps partner with over 16 years of hands-on experience building and reengineering backend-first web systems from Buenos Aires. He leads projects end-to-end—requirements analysis, architecture design, development and cloud-native operations—frequently using Python, Django, React, AWS, Docker and Postgres to deliver high-availability solutions. Juan has steered public-sector ERP modernizations and high-throughput processing systems, and he blends team leadership with day-to-day coding and infrastructure work. Driven by problem-solving and learning new technologies, he often jumps into legacy codebases to refactor, stabilize and scale them. An electronics-trained technologist with academic grounding in systems analysis and social-economy management, he brings both technical depth and practical stakeholder experience to complex projects.
