Senior🎓
Top SchoolJuanleon Lahoz is a seasoned DevOps VP and software engineer with 13+ years of experience building and operating complex, cloud-native platforms from Madrid. He blends hands-on systems development (Python, Go, C/C++, Java, Rust) with leadership across roles from team lead to platform manager, currently shaping Avature’s SaaS, CI/CD and container strategy. His background in telecom core networks and Deep Packet Inspection products gives him uncommon depth in high-throughput, protocol-heavy distributed systems. A pragmatic engineer and mentor, he focuses on quality-oriented processes, automation and measurable operational resilience. An Emacs-using systems tinkerer, he still enjoys low-level systems work alongside architecting scalable cloud services.
