Top SchoolJulian Molina is a Senior Backend Software Engineer with 9 years of experience building TypeScript and Node.js services for startups and large clients across Latin America. Based in Buenos Aires, he has led backend development and AWS infrastructure for major healthcare and banking platforms, combining hands-on coding with team leadership and product-oriented solution design. His background in systems engineering and ongoing interest in mathematics inform a pragmatic, data-minded approach to architecture and performance. At Wolox he acted as solutions architect and helped maintain critical production systems; at Humand he continues to drive backend initiatives. He is comfortable across databases (MySQL, Postgres, Elasticsearch), AWS services, and internal tooling, and often bridges technical implementation with stakeholder collaboration to validate solutions. Notably, his mix of startup agility and enterprise-grade reliability makes him effective at shipping resilient systems under real-world constraints.
