Top SchoolJulius Sweetland is Head of Trading Technology at Arrowgrass Capital Partners with 11 years of professional experience building and leading low-latency trading and operations systems across top-tier financial firms. His career spans hands-on senior development roles at GLG, MAN, Goldman Sachs and consultancy work for CME Group before stepping into leadership at Arrowgrass, blending deep C#/WPF and trading tech expertise with delivery responsibility. Known for moving between consultancy and permanent roles, he pairs pragmatic engineering with an appreciation for team dynamics and real-world risk constraints. An alumnus of the University of Bristol, he once took an extended honeymoon between roles—a small sign of prioritising life balance amid a career focused on mission-critical financial software.
