Top SchoolJury Razumau is a Staff Software Engineer with 12 years of experience, currently shaping Ruby and Rails tooling and standards at Zendesk’s Ruby Platform Core team. He specialises in upgrading large Ruby fleets—running monoliths on Rails edge, adding daily edge tests to internal gems, and automating migrations—while building dashboards and processes that standardise testing, releases, and dependency management. Previously he led data engineering and analytics work—designing ETL pipelines, materialized view management, and feedback systems—bringing strong data‑informed decision-making to platform work. Based in Warsaw, he combines pragmatic infrastructure changes (Kubernetes migrations, observability pipelines) with clear developer guidance and documentation. Outside work he applies his systems thinking to competitive quiz platforms, building ranking systems and player-facing apps, showing a rare blend of platform-scale engineering and product curiosity.
