Top SchoolJustin Griffin is a Sr. Principal Software Engineer with over two decades of DoD-focused, multi-domain systems experience and 11 years of documented professional experience, now driving rapid delivery at Raft from edge to enterprise to give warfighters a tactical advantage. He has led development, fielding, and sustainment of multiple Programs of Record, combining deep systems architecture training (MS, UC San Diego) with hands-on software craftsmanship dating back to early roles at CATI and a long tenure at Northrop Grumman. Known for shipping practical, mission-ready solutions under tight timelines, he blends enterprise-grade engineering, operational awareness, and a bias for action—“GSD - full send.” Based in Florida, Justin pairs technical leadership with cross-service defense domain knowledge, making him adept at translating complex requirements into deployable, sustainment-friendly systems.
