Senior🎓
Top SchoolJustin Kuang is a product-minded engineer with a decade of experience building consumer and enterprise software, currently shaping Miter’s HCM product for the construction industry as an early employee. He has startup pedigree as a founding engineer at a consumer fintech and prior engineering experience at Instagram, plus a product internship at American Express, blending hands-on coding with product strategy. A Cornell CS graduate, Justin moves between technical implementation and customer-focused product work to ship end-to-end features that solve operational problems. He’s comfortable in early-stage environments (employee #1 and #9 roles) and also knows how large companies operate, giving him a pragmatic lens for scaling products. Outside the obvious, his public persona balances professional recruiting and playful personal notes (his site even stores his Chipotle order), hinting at a person who values culture and detail.
