Senior🎓
Top SchoolJustin Sisley is a founder and AI product builder with 14 years of engineering and leadership experience, currently running Peppercrest, hosting The Pepper Report podcast, and leading personality-infrastructure work at OpenGiant. He moves fluidly between hands-on engineering, product strategy, and team building—previously driving high-impact payments and acquisition initiatives at PayPal and founding AI tooling at AnyTeam. Justin combines deep practical ML study (University of London, fast.ai) with a background in full-stack systems and developer productivity, evidenced by early-stage engineering and architecture roles at Vera and AppSense. He’s as comfortable designing developer workflows and automation as he is crafting go-to-market product narratives, and he intentionally blends technical rigor with human-centered design. An unexpected throughline: a long-standing interest in audio and storytelling from his music-startup and podcast roots informs how he shapes AI personalities and product experiences. Based in the United States, he advises institutions on customer experience and helps companies decide what to build and how to build it well.
