Senior🎓
Top SchoolKaio Medau is a multidisciplinary designer and product leader with 10 years of experience blending UX/UI, iOS development, and creative illustration to simplify complex customer journeys. Based in São Paulo, he has led cross-functional teams and driven measurable product outcomes—most notably enabling Brazil’s first 100% digital property sale and cutting end-user income commitment by 30% through process redesigns. As a freelance illustrator and Web3 artist/developer he conceives NFT collections and brand characters while publishing practical Procreate and digital-art guidance to empower other creators. His background ranges from enterprise product metrics and onboarding to hands-on mobile engineering for large events like Rock in Rio, giving him both strategic and executional fluency. Colleagues value his workshop-driven, consultative approach that surfaces hidden user needs and converts them into elegant, implementable solutions. He combines a maker’s craft in visual storytelling with data-informed product decisions, often spotting operational frictions others overlook.
