Summary
👤
SeniorKaleab Melkie is a full-stack developer and co-founder with eight years of professional experience and over fifteen years of personal practice in web and mobile app development. He has led projects and teams at Kelal Tech and contributed as an early engineer for startups building modern stacks (SvelteKit, TypeScript, Hasura/Supabase, Postgres, GraphQL) for products like an Airtable-style platform and a climate-action marketplace. Comfortable across design, DevOps, and product management, he bridges Figma-led UX with production-grade backends to deliver end-to-end solutions. His background includes enterprise and government systems built with .NET Core and React, giving him breadth across corporate and startup contexts. Known for clear client communication and pragmatic problem-solving, he often takes the first-developer role to shape architecture and developer workflows. Based in Addis Ababa, he pairs strong academic performance in Computer Science with hands-on experience shipping customer-facing SaaS and mobile apps.
