Summary
👤
SeniorKalin Stoev is a founder and engineering leader with nine years of experience building AI-native, production-grade platforms and hyperautomation solutions across healthcare, edtech, and enterprise domains. As Co-Founder and Head of Engineering at ApplauseLab and xHeal, he led the design and delivery of a FAANG-caliber deep-tech stack that powers a predictive health app now live on the App Store. He combines full-stack fluency (ASP.NET Core, Python, TypeScript, React/Angular) with hands-on architecture for LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows to turn ideas into MVPs in weeks. Prior roles at boutique consultancy BrainTech and firms like bet365 and Sensata sharpened his ability to integrate complex systems (SAP, ServiceNow, CI/CD) and remove costly operational bottlenecks. He also co-created BalchikCon, growing a tech community event to 300+ attendees while mentoring new talent—an indicator of his commitment to skills transfer and ecosystem building. Based in Bulgaria, Kalin blends entrepreneurial grit with measurable delivery: shipping commercial apps, leading engineering teams, and automating mission-critical business workflows.
