Summary
🤩
RockstarKamil Dolny is a front-end developer and marketplace account manager based in Gdynia with three years of hands-on experience building responsive React and TypeScript applications. He pairs practical UI skills (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript) with experience in Node.js and disciplined collaboration in Scrum teams, having completed 200+ algorithmic tasks and regular code reviews. His background is unusually maritime: a Bachelor of Engineering in Navigation and several years as a skipper and deck boss, where he led small crews, managed logistics and documentation, and improved operational processes. That blend of sea-tested leadership and attention to detail carried over to roles at Amazon and Gonito, where process rigor and cross-cultural teamwork were essential. Eager for new challenges, he brings both technical curiosity and a steady, operational mindset shaped by life at sea.
