Top SchoolKaren Dickenson is a Front-End Drupal Developer with over a decade of experience building accessible, responsive themes and custom functionality for Drupal, WordPress, and static sites. Currently at TEN7 and long-active as an independent contractor, she specializes in HTML, CSS, PHP, Twig, and JavaScript to translate designs into maintainable, production-ready sites. Her work spans Drupal 6–8, Gutenberg/React for custom WordPress blocks, and backend integrations that prioritize documentation and future maintainability. Based in Ann Arbor, she pairs agency-paced delivery with a strong community focus—co-leading freeCodeCamp Ann Arbor/Ypsi and volunteering with Girls Who Code, Give Camp, and Hour of Code. Eager to expand into headless and static-site architectures driven by Drupal, she brings a pragmatic blend of legacy migration experience and modern front-end curiosity. Colleagues rely on her for thoughtful, accessible implementations that balance design fidelity with long-term site health.
