Top SchoolKaren Lin is a technical writer with 11 years of experience shaping developer and product documentation across Google Cloud, media, and gaming domains from the Greater Seattle Area. At Google she has owned documentation launches for Vertex AI, Cloud Storage, and Game Servers—refactoring onboarding flows, publishing API references, and clarifying legal and security implications for large, high-traffic docs. She pairs product-minded collaboration with hands-on content work—diagrams, competitive analysis, and customer triage on hundreds of pages—to turn complex MLOps and cloud features into usable guidance. An active contributor to the widely used gsutil project, she improves command help and user guidance for cloud storage tooling. With a background in product design, front-end development, and creative writing, she brings a rare blend of technical empathy, editorial craft, and product sensibility to developer-facing content.
