Top SchoolKaren Tovmasyan is a Staff Software Engineer with 8 years of cloud and platform engineering experience, currently shaping large-scale systems at Uber from Haarlem. She blends hands-on engineering, cloud architecture, and pragmatic problem-solving—having moved from platform and cloud roles at Coolblue, NewMotion, and EPAM into senior engineering and staff roles. A creative communicator and mentor who has tutored budding engineers, she’s equally comfortable in architecture discussions and world-class FizzBuzz-level coding jokes. Based on a technical foundation from MSUCE, Karen is outspoken about connection etiquette and cuts through sales noise to focus on engineering impact and reliable, production-ready solutions.
