Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolKartik Jayaraman is a seasoned software development manager with 8+ years in leadership roles and over two decades of engineering experience across game and CAD industries, currently leading teams at Amazon in Palo Alto. He has a strong track record shipping major titles at EA and Ubisoft—building live operations, security and game-health teams, improving engine performance and scaling global releases. Kartik excels at cross-functional collaboration, hiring and developing talent (notably growing teams and driving internal promotions), and bringing transparency to outcomes-driven reward systems. His background spans low-level porting and build automation at Autodesk to core engine leadership in games, giving him uncommon depth across tooling, performance, and live-service reliability. He pairs hands-on technical credibility with program-level oversight, and has mentored students and offshore teams while establishing new operational functions that reduced fraud and improved player experience.
