Top SchoolKate Reading is a seasoned engineering leader who specializes in turning organizational friction into dependable delivery, currently shaping Enablement Apps Platform & Reliability at Netflix. With 11+ years in industry and a long track record—including leading 50–60+ engineer organizations at Asana and Zapier—she designs platforms and developer ecosystems that reduce time-to-market, lower maintenance costs, and unlock new revenue. Her background spans secure communications work in the U.S. federal government to full-stack product development at startups, giving her a rare mix of operational rigor and product sensibility. She excels at leading through managers, driving strategic pivots (notably adjusting integration architecture for AI at Zapier), and mentoring teams to improve engagement and retention.
