Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolKaustav Haldar is a versatile software engineer and semi‑retired founder with 13 years of experience building scalable web, mobile, and distributed systems across startups and large tech firms. He combines hands‑on full‑stack development (React/Angular/Vue, Nodejs), systems and infra expertise (Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Spark) and data/visualization tooling (ELK, Hadoop, Tableau) with production coding in languages from Python and Go to Rust, Scala and C++. Kaustav has led teams and products in web3 and DeFi—designing smart contracts, staking and AMM solutions, and earning a blockchain patent while at IBM—yet prefers roles that offer liquid equity and avoids crypto speculation. He’s shipped fintech and NFT work at Meta, modernized analytics at IBM and Scribd, and founded companies that scaled to meaningful TVL/AUM and user growth. An autodidact polyglot who also does PM, sales and teaching, he prefers remote or North American opportunities and brings a founder’s judgment to technical leadership and product strategy.
