Top SchoolKazuki K is an IT manager with nine years of focused experience in end-user support and local infrastructure, currently leading IT at Abiomed after roles supporting global operations at Tesla, Clarivate, and Amazon Japan. He blends operational rigor with a creative efficiency mindset shaped by work at a zero-emission company, and now pursues an ambitious "zero-second support" vision to eliminate user wait time. Comfortable across APAC and global environments, he has hands-on expertise in IT ops, localization, and infrastructure management from startup to enterprise contexts. Known for setting bold targets, he pairs practical problem solving with a philosophical drive—summed up by “Cogito, ergo sum”—to push continuous improvement and user-centric innovation.
