Top SchoolKd Deshpande is a founder and product-focused executive with 12 years of hands-on experience building consumer and B2B products, now leading Simplified from the San Francisco Bay Area. He combines deep technical roots—early mobile engineering at TuneIn and platform architecture work at Vessel.io—with senior product leadership at Uber, Facebook, and Marketo to scale growth, engagement, and partner ecosystems. As a repeat founder and CEO he has raised venture capital, negotiated an acquisition, and shipped developer-facing SDKs and cloud services that powered mobile marketing and analytics. At Uber he led cross-continental product teams focused on personalization, monetization, and lifecycle win-back, and at Marketo he drove integrations and 0-to-1 mobile marketing products for international expansion. Known for bridging engineering and product with a marketer’s mindset, he favors building self-serve, high-conversion flows and measurable growth loops. Beyond the obvious, he blends startup hustle with enterprise product rigor—comfortable both writing architecture and negotiating M&A.
