Senior🎓
Top SchoolKees Koenen is a Solution Professional with over 10 years in IT and more than 17 years engaged in public-sector technology, specializing in applying enterprise-hardened Open Source to government challenges. He has driven open-software strategy and delivery at Red Hat and Atos, contributing to Dutch national projects like MijnOverheid, DSO, the Donor- and Lerarenregister, and shaping parliamentary debate on government Open Source policy. Kees blends hands-on delivery—CI/CD, container orchestration, messaging and storage—with advisory work on legal, security and organizational transformation to make open innovation production-ready. He pairs technical credentials (TOGAF, ArchiMate, PRINCE2) and a BSc focus on Blockchain and Business IT with practical experience in developer experience and platform subscriptions. Outside work he’s active in Mensa, rides horses and maintains a 1981 Fiat 124 Spider, reflecting a mix of analytical curiosity and hands-on craftsmanship.
