Summary
👤
SeniorKehlin Swain is a mission-driven digital health founder and director with 11 years of experience building AI-enabled, reimbursable chronic care programs that center health equity for Black and Brown communities. As CEO of Greens Health and Director of Cardiometabolic Behavior Change, she has taken solutions from whiteboard to Medicare-paid pilots across multiple states while raising $910K+ from NIH, NSF, DoD and industry partners. Her work blends explainable ML, remote patient monitoring, food-as-medicine interventions, and caregiver coaching into operational workflows that generate real revenue and measurable outcomes. A three-time SBIR awardee and NIH AI for Health Equity Fellow, she leads predictive analytics projects using large safety-net EHR datasets to forecast hospitalizations and drive early interventions. Kehlin’s background in engineering and applied sensing (from NSF-backed motion and injury prediction work) gives her a rare combination of technical rigor and human-centered product design. She’s actively translating research-grade models into compliant, deployable systems for underserved populations, partnering with academic and public health institutions to scale impact.
