Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolKelly An is a Head of Business Operations and operator-builder with a decade of experience designing AI-native systems that let small teams operate like large ones. She currently leads evaluation infrastructure at Work Trial AI and runs agentic growth and ops at Hellyeah AI, turning complex knowledge work into structured, auditable evidence and agent-driven sales, pricing, and GTM playbooks. Her background includes founding Opencord AI, driving applied innovation at PayPal (two-time Top Inventor), and hands-on engineering roots from Yahoo and Stanford-linked training—so she blends product, technical execution, and ops rigor. Kelly invests and advises across early-stage startups and VCs, helping scale communities and funnel deal flow from San Francisco to Singapore. Fluent in building durable infrastructure that survives “contact with reality,” she focuses on trust, observable work, and measurable talent signals rather than proxies. Colocated across Asia, North America, and Europe, she brings a systems view of talent, trust, and opportunity informed by both strategy and engineering.
