Senior🎓
Top SchoolKelly Gilliam is a Senior Full-Stack Developer based in Los Angeles with nearly a decade of hands-on experience building scalable SaaS products using Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, React, Next.js, Vue and Electron. He’s known for architecting customer-facing CRM and support suites—so much so that a competitor once copied his CRM dial pad—and for leading large frontend migrations and custom component libraries that raise engineering and design standards. Kelly combines deep frontend craftsmanship (including real-time UX, WebSocket-driven dashboards, and debugging tooling) with pragmatic backend services and automation flows, often mentoring teams and shaping hiring and technical strategy. He tends to surface non-obvious product wins through clever state management and lightweight algorithms—like consolidating lead histories to spotlight high-conversion behaviors—and brings a UCLA-backed software engineering foundation to fast-moving product teams.
