Top SchoolKelvin Desman is a Lead Engineer and entrepreneur with nine years of experience building production-grade web platforms, AI-enriched pipelines, and reliable devops for startups and enterprise migrations. He combines hands-on engineering (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Cloudflare, AWS) with product ownership—running LokerDollar end-to-end where he ingested 6,700+ jobs, produced 90k+ AI generations, and deployed an autonomous CI/CD self-repair loop. As an educator and mentor he authors courses and runs bootcamps, translating complex systems into teachable specs and maturity models that level up teams. He’s proven that an AI-augmented, spec-driven operating model can replace whole teams for many production tasks, boosting output per engineer without sacrificing judgment. Comfortable as a senior IC, tech lead, or manager, he excels at navigating compliance, migrations, and incident reliability while keeping retros blameless and evidence-based. Based in Jakarta, he’s open to senior/staff/lead engineering and engineering manager roles for remote-first teams that treat AI as leverage, not a buzzword.
