Top SchoolKemal Kocabıyık is a serial founder and hands-on software engineer with 13 years of experience building and scaling product-driven startups from Istanbul. He has led technical teams as CTO or founder across multiple ventures—including Paket Taxi, Coiny.io, Surge, and his current company adisyon.ai—demonstrating expertise in launching SaaS and consumer platforms. Known for “designing, building and breaking things,” he blends rapid prototyping with pragmatic product engineering to iterate fast and learn from failure. His early work as a Microsoft Student Partner and engineering degree from Koç University (with studies at UCLA) anchor a strong foundation in .NET and mobile development that evolved into broader full‑stack and startup systems skills. Kemal’s career shows a pattern of founding technical teams and shipping market-ready solutions repeatedly, suggesting a rare mix of entrepreneurial grit and deep implementation focus. Based in Istanbul, he often bridges product, engineering and go-to-market execution rather than purely high-level strategy.
