Top SchoolKenroy Gobourne is a Senior Web Engineer with a decade of experience building full-stack web applications and leading small engineering teams from Jamaica. He has driven product deliveries across startups and services firms, including launching a Next.js live product, designing banking kiosks, and implementing CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs. Skilled at mentoring and hiring, Kenroy introduced engineering ladders and GitHub project workflows to improve team practices and developer growth. Comfortable across front-end and back-end stacks, he pairs hands-on implementation with process improvements that scale teams as well as systems. Quietly curious, he moves between code and coordination—automating repetitive work early in his career and evolving into a leader who still spends time learning and writing code.
