Top SchoolKerry Buckley is a seasoned software developer with 18 years’ experience at BT, evolving from hardware and embedded systems into leading agile teams building internal web platforms and operational support systems. Skilled in Ruby on Rails and Elixir/Phoenix, Kerry champions XP and test-driven development, and played a key role in migrating a team to agile practices that earned two internal awards and "exemplar" status. He combines hands-on technical leadership with practical cloud and monitoring experience—currently developing and supporting a monitoring solution for EE’s core voice network. With an MEng in Electronic Systems Engineering from Aston University, Kerry brings deep systems thinking and a pragmatic approach to reliable, production-focused tooling. Notably, his background spans low-level embedded work through large-scale web ops, giving him a rare end-to-end perspective on telecom software systems.
