Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolKevin Beltrão is a full-stack software engineer with 7 years of experience specializing in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React ecosystems, currently building at Boosted from Brazil. He has a track record of improving developer velocity and performance—migrating legacy builds to Vite+SWC and cutting build and release times dramatically while standardizing tooling across teams. Kevin has shipped user-facing platforms at scale, supporting thousands of educators at Varsity Tutors and 20,000 Appcues users, and has hands-on experience with micro frontends, module federation, and backend services in Node and Go. He also architects frontend infrastructure and cross-team workflows, having reduced model deployment times from days to hours at Neurotech. A natural mentor and product-minded engineer, he led a team building Aca.so, a skills-matching learning community, and enjoys blending teaching with engineering to make complex systems more accessible. Outside core work, he experiments with WebGL/Three.js and automation tooling, reflecting a practical curiosity for richer user experiences.
