Top SchoolKevin He is a founder and technical executive with 11 years building blockchain, crypto infrastructure and consumer SaaS products, currently leading COCO AI in Singapore and co-founding Bitcoin scaling startup Bitlayer. He previously architected and launched high-throughput public chains and ZK-Rollup L2 DEXes at Huobi, led MPC and HSM custody products for institutional wallet services at New Huo Tech, and designed consensus and mainnet systems as Chief Architect at YOUChain. Kevin blends hands-on cryptography and systems engineering with product-led leadership—shipping production-grade MPC custody, cross-chain bridges, and the first BitVM-powered DeFi on Bitcoin. A PKU and Tianjin University alumnus, he pairs deep technical breadth with repeated 0→1 execution across startups and enterprise partners, and maintains active involvement in open-source initiatives via Bitlayer and COCO communities.
