👤
SeniorKhandker Rahman is a Staff Platform Engineer and co-founder with 11 years of hands-on experience building scalable mobile and embedded systems, currently based in Dhaka. He has led flagship healthcare mobile initiatives—driving cross-platform Flutter apps, realtime messaging with Firebase/Firestore, and in-app ASR integrations using gRPC—while navigating post-acquisition team merges and delivery. His background spans low-level firmware, AOSP development, VOIP and codec ports with NDK, and architecting secure mobile features like KeyStore and SSL pinning, reflecting deep full-stack mobile and systems expertise. He founded Synaptic System and has repeatedly improved performance and cost (e.g., audio compression saving ~70% mobile data) while owning CI/CD automation for iOS releases. Comfortable negotiating product trade-offs and slicing complex features into deliverable work, he blends entrepreneurial drive with disciplined engineering leadership. A practical polyglot engineer, he uniquely bridges embedded hardware constraints and modern cloud-connected mobile platforms.
