Senior🎓
Top SchoolKiril Mitov is a hands-on CTO and serial entrepreneur with 11+ years leading engineering teams and shipping products across web, AI, healthcare, and 3D domains. He currently drives rapid feature delivery at Retreaver while running Axlessoft, BuildIn3D, FLLCasts and a disinformation-fighting startup, blending CEO-level strategy with deep technical ownership. A prolific developer with 12,000+ commits and a history of Eclipse/Apache contributions, he builds pragmatic, event-driven frameworks (including a custom JS plugin system and AI-powered server pipelines) to solve hard real-world problems like interactive 3D assembly instructions. He scaled robotics education in Bulgaria to 10 cities and 10k students, sold the venture, and continues to translate that product- and community-minded approach into commercial platforms used in 70+ countries. Curious by nature (he even completed an Executive MBA), Kiril is known for getting hands dirty when needed and for improving team performance—colleagues say “Kiril is making us do better.”
