Top SchoolKirill Kalishev is a senior software engineer and founder with over two decades of experience building developer platforms and consumer SaaS used by millions. He architected Netflix’s global orchestration system that auto-provisions 50,000+ remote IDEs in under 60 seconds and built real-time observability for 20K+ concurrent workspaces, saving thousands of engineering hours weekly. Earlier, he was a core JetBrains platform engineer whose project-model and debugger work helped unify multiple IDEs on a single codebase still used by 8M+ developers. As co-founder and CTO of wave.video he scaled a profitable online video editor to 10M+ monthly users with a 10-person engineering team, owning the full stack from real-time collaboration to payments and infrastructure. Comfortable in Java, Go, TypeScript, React, and AWS/Terraform, he combines 0→1 product instincts with deep systems and developer-experience expertise. Now based in Greater Boston, he’s seeking the next challenge to architect next-generation developer or AI-powered products.
