Senior🎓
Top SchoolKirill Titov is a senior interaction and UX/UI designer with 11 years’ experience crafting government-facing digital services that meet the GOV.UK service standard, currently shaping service design at DWP. He combines hands-on coding ability (PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java/Kotlin) with a human-centred research approach to deliver responsive interfaces and measurable improvements in user journeys and conversion. Accustomed to collaborating in large multidisciplinary teams of 15–30+, he brings pragmatic delivery experience across UK public sector projects including DfE and HMRC. Unusually for a senior designer, he maintains full-stack development chops and a creative side-project life—sharing music on his YouTube channel—bringing both technical fluency and cultural sensitivity to product decisions.
