Senior🎓
Top SchoolKirill Zaitsev is a Frontend Tech Lead with 8 years of experience designing and modernizing large-scale web applications, currently driving frontend architecture and component ecosystems from Yerevan. He specializes in migrating legacy stacks to modern toolchains—introducing TypeScript, module federation, and build optimizations that cut rebuild times by 90% and initial network payload by a third. Kirill has led efforts to professionalize testing and developer workflows, authoring hundreds of UI tests, moving Jest to Vitest for 50% faster test runs, and adding Docker for consistent dev environments. He’s built libraries and extension sandboxes for third-party UI integrations (including work around omnicajs/vue-remote) and contributed practical docs and tooling for component distribution. Comfortable both in hands-on coding and technical leadership, he often tackles the hardest migration and performance pain points in large monorepos. An applied-math graduate, he pairs systematic problem solving with a pragmatic focus on developer experience and measurable delivery improvements.
