Senior🎓
Top SchoolKlaus Wuestefeld is a veteran software leader and entrepreneur with 24 years of experience building influential digital products and companies, including three exits and three earlier ventures that informed his pragmatic approach to success. As founder and CEO of Jux House and a long-time software architecture consultant for Nubank, he blends product craftsmanship with enterprise-grade architecture and a fascination for in-memory systems dating back to authoring Prevayler. A pioneer of Agile practices in Brazil and an early adopter of in-memory database design, Klaus is equally at home optimizing low-level engines (physics simulation for an MMO) and shaping product strategy. He teaches software mastery through public masterclasses and accelerates teams as a hands-on CTO/consultant while running a renaissance atelier that authors niche products like BELA.live and Percival.live. Based in Paraná, Brazil, he combines deep technical authorship with founder-level business instincts and a knack for turning past “failed” ventures into hard-earned lessons that strengthen later successes.
