Summary
🤩
RockstarKoby Pierce is a founder and CEO who builds dependable, real-world infrastructure and software at the intersection of AI, autonomy, and operations from Lexington, Kentucky. He scaled Hybrid Hosting from a single server into a business serving thousands of clients and led it through a successful exit, a journey that honed his skills in resilient systems, rapid incident response, and operational communication. Today he runs Pierce Technology Solutions, designing weather-ready connectivity, security, and monitoring for horse farms and remote properties, and leads BarnBills to modernize equine industry software. Koby excels at turning messy, high-stakes problems into simple, auditable systems people can trust when failure is not theoretical. He pairs hands-on technical rigor with clear storytelling, helping clients understand what’s changing and why it matters. An uncommon strength is his focus on deployments that perform under real constraints—where the lab meets the field.
