Senior🎓
Top SchoolKonstantin Khorenko is a seasoned Linux kernel engineer and team leader with 16 years in low-level systems development and 8 years managing a 10-person kernel team at Virtuozzo. He maintains an OS-level virtualization-enabled kernel, handling rebases, patch review, spec files, security issues and upstream collaboration with Red Hat and the mainline kernel. Konstantin blends hands-on development—spending recent years returning to deep kernel coding—with people management, release planning and long-term maintenance of complex git branches. His background in computational mathematics and parallel programming underpins work on virtualization, CRIU and performance bugs, and he has a track record of filing upstream fixes and coordinating cross-vendor patches. Based in Belgrade, he combines academic rigor with pragmatic open-source stewardship across enterprise virtualization stacks.
