Senior🎓
Top SchoolKonstantin Maleev is a pragmatic Tech Lead and C#/.NET engineer with 11 years of hands-on development and over 4 years leading teams, currently running CRM architecture and delivery at a major bank in New York. He blends "playing coach" leadership—mentoring, code review, and performance management—with day-to-day coding, architectural decisions, and legacy-to-microservices refactoring across .NET 6–8, Kafka, and PostgreSQL. Konstantin has a track record of improving reliability and deployment speed (e.g., zero-bug policy, faster test execution via SQLite fixtures, and reducing rollout times), and he designs platform libraries used across many services. He practices an AI-first workflow, leveraging AI agents for generating pipelines, refactoring and test creation, treating models as a "second developer" to accelerate delivery. Comfortable with distributed teams and remote work, he seeks technically challenging roles focused on system design, observability, and robust architecture.
