Top SchoolKonstantin Tenman is a Software Architect based in Tallinn with 11 years of engineering experience and over 9 years building full-stack, scalable end-to-end systems. He has a proven track record leading migrations from monoliths to single-responsibility microservices, optimizing performance to cut operating costs by up to 50%, and architecting secure payments solutions including SCA PSD2. Konstantin blends hands-on engineering (Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Docker, Angular/TypeScript) with technical leadership—mentoring teams, driving code quality, and introducing measurable production improvements. He teaches computer science at the University of Tartu, bringing academic rigor to practical systems design, and now applies that expertise as a Software Architect at Cybernetica. An analytical problem-solver, he often turns single-customer incidents into broader product and revenue improvements, revealing a knack for finding high-impact, non-obvious optimizations.
