Kosei IDE
Tokyo, Japan
Summary
👤
SeniorKosei IDE is a cloud-focused software engineer with 8 years of experience, specializing in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Golang and Ruby to operate and scale global products from Tokyo. He has driven cost-saving migrations and platform upgrades—cutting infrastructure cost by ~30% and leading multiple EKS upgrades—while building GitOps practices with ArgoCD and automating on-call rotations across time zones. Comfortable in both SRE and SDE roles, he has shipped user-facing RoR systems and scalable background job architectures for high-traffic services and million-member platforms. Now at Accenture Japan, he combines hands-on infrastructure work with mentoring and process improvements developed during his time leading OSS ChatOps maintenance and developer training. Outside work his GitHub bio hints at a blend of curiosity and creativity—tea, cooking and sailing emojis that mirror an engineer who values craft, collaboration and practical elegance in systems.
