Top SchoolKostiantyn Nikonenko is a Delivery Manager and technical leader with 9+ years in software delivery and an extensive background in DevOps, cloud migrations (IaaS/PaaS) and FinOps on AWS. He manages geo-distributed teams across delivery models (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban) and has driven end-to-end release and lifecycle management for complex cloud-native projects. At EPAM he combines traditional management discipline with data-driven delivery and direct client communication to maintain high customer satisfaction. An entrepreneur who runs his own firm since 2018, he pairs hands-on infrastructure experience with product-focused delivery—an uncommon blend rooted in an earlier career designing molds and managing production lines, which informs his pragmatic approach to process optimization.
