Senior🎓
Top SchoolKostiantyn Pogribnyi is a seasoned software engineer and entrepreneur with 12+ years building and leading CodeTiburon from co-founder to President & CEO, combining hands-on technical supervision with full P&L and operations ownership. He specializes in high-load media platforms, ERP for HR, asset management, PropTech and e-commerce, and keeps a developer’s mindset—working with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Angular/React, PHP/Symfony/Laravel, ASP.NET Core, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Fluent in end-to-end delivery, he regularly steps into architecture, resourcing and recruitment planning, and cost control while guiding cross-functional teams across Europe. Based in Aix-en-Provence, he pairs a master’s in Applied Mathematics with early PHP/MySQL roots, which fuels a pragmatic, data-informed approach to product and platform design. Notably, he stays engaged as a tech supervisor on client projects rather than moving entirely into executive distance, helping clients estimate build costs and scale engineering teams effectively.
