Top SchoolKrid Heprakhone is a Site Reliability Engineer and founder with nine years of hands-on experience building reliable, user-focused web systems and DevOps pipelines primarily in Bangkok. Currently interning at Agoda, he focuses on minimizing downtime and troubleshooting complex deployment incidents while leading SRE and development efforts at KMUTT and his startup Vectier. He has built distributed autograders, real-time interactive web apps, and CI/CD workflows using container technologies and GitHub Actions, blending software engineering with operational rigor. As a Computer Engineering student, he pairs academic grounding with entrepreneurial drive, contributing to open source and improving developer experience across university hackathons and external clients. Notably, his work emphasizes reliability and UX for tooling (e.g., autograders) rather than just backend plumbing, demonstrating a product-minded approach to infrastructure.
